AVOID THE HEAT
In order to properly care for our bodies throughout the summer, we must be mindful of what we put inside our body and outside. Enjoy mud packs to remove heat from the body, and take cool or tepid immersion baths to chill off.
Eat fresh, in-season summer fruits, hydrate the body by drinking at least two litres of water, and eat chia seeds with coconut water. Buttermilk can also be used more frequently since the second brain of our bodies (gut bacteria) should function well throughout the summer
