Ayurveda and Behaviour

                                       It is when people are tired and stressed that many behavioral problems begin.All of the facets of Ayurvedic routine (Massage, exercise, yoga, diet style) help to promote positive behaviour. Behavioral problems are commonly prevalent would wild.It is important to diagnose and treat timely as if untreated, increase the risk of getting psychiatric illnesses. Present review is aimed at providing Ayurvedic guidelines in the form of Sadvritta(code of coduct).Achar rasayana - AR( ethical principles) and few Ayurvedic interventions of Psychology which may prove helpful in prevention and management of behavioral problems.Satvavjay chikitsa - SC(nondrug psychotherapy),Achar rasayana and Sadvritta ,Yoga are Ayurvedic ways to balance Satva(good qualities of mind).Raja (passionate and agitated) ,Tama ( Laziness,lack of concentration) applicable in prevention of behavioral problems.
       

                                         Ayurvedic principles such as AR,Sadvritta, and SC are best non pharmacologicl modalities required for fir early detection and prevention of behavioral problems. Knowledge, education, and proper expressions of code,conduct or etiquette is along with Ayurveda interventions such as use of medhya( nervine tonic)drugs, Panchakarma procedures can prove to significant therapeutic  ways to combat behavioral disorders.
